We collect the following categories of personal information from individuals who apply for a job at MountEmart, for the purposes listed below:

  • Identifiers: First name, last name, nickname, postal address, telephone number, email address, online profiles, and signature.  To verify your identity; to communicate with you about your application for employment with Mountemart to perform a background check; to comply with legal requirements.
  • Employment-Related Information: Current and past employment history, membership in professional organizations, professional certifications, and work eligibility. To verify your employment history; to contact former employers to verify your employment history; to determine your qualifications for employment with us; to comply with legal requirements.
  • Education Information: Academic history: To evaluate your suitability for the position applied for.

Right to access and rectification:  You have the right to access, correct, or update your data at any time. We understand the importance of this and should you want to exercise your rights, please contact us.

Right to object:  Under certain circumstances, you have the right to object to certain types of processing, including processing for direct marketing (i.e., receiving emails from us notifying you or being contacted with varying potential opportunities).

MountEmart allows you to choose your advertising preferences and also allows you to opt-out of other preferences as you wish.

Some Site features may be inaccessible or unable to work correctly if you set your browser to limit or remove cookies or otherwise block our usage of cookies. Email marketing opt-out: You may contact our customer service personnel at the phone number or email address, , if you desire to opt-out of any marketing email communications. You can simply unsubscribe by following the instructions in our promotional emails. Please note that “opting out” or removing user information from our database will not prevent marketing or advertising content from being prepared for distribution or queued for transmission to you before we can implement your request. We shall take reasonable steps to remove your information from our active records after receiving your request. You will continue to receive transactional messages, such as email or text notifications about your order status, recall information, and other administrative information, even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications. Your information will stay in our database, but you will no longer receive marketing materials from us because it will be designated as inactive.

Facebook opt-out: You might be able to opt-out of certain advertising tactics on Facebook. Check out fnav for more information. We, on the other hand, have no control over Facebook’s policies or disclosures. If you want to opt-out of data gathering by other Social Media Services, you should look into their privacy policies.

The Privacy policy of MountEmart is in accordance with laws of Nepal. In an arousal of any dispute in regard to this Privacy Policy, it will be subjected to the dispute resolution clause contained in the Terms of Use of MountEmart.  We assure you full privacy and security.
